Method :

Join your palm in front of your chest and lock the facing fingers together keeping your thumbs upright i.e. Left thumb should be vertically straight and right thumb around it.

Specialty :

Ling mudra produces heat in the body and helps in curing cold and cough.

Time duration :

Hold for 3 minutes, release and repeat twice.
